Job Description
– Manage consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews, and visitors posts.
– Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles.
– Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes.
Regular feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team.
Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues.
Requirements
Experience: at least 1 year
Must be females
Good communication skills.
Language Level: Excellent
Microsoft Office: good
Location: Mohandessin, Giza
Net salary: 3.5k
Working Days: 3 days from the office, 3 days from home
