– Handles All Social Media Direct Messages (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and website chat box)*
– Handles and provides immediate support to costumers by directing them to the costumer support team*
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards costumers at all time *
Job Requirements
Proven working experience in Social Media Moderator **
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability **
Fluency in English and Arabic **
BS **
