Overview of the role
- As a Technical Writer / Systems Analyst, you will be delivering a shared understanding of the way the system (product) functions by delivering top-notch documentation. The outputs of your work will serve as a source of truth across the organization, thus keeping everyone inside (and outside) the organization informed and aligned.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the documentation framework and architecture
- Creating, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the documentation writing process
- Documenting the system and its changes in a timely manner
- Ensuring the documentation is created in a lean, just-enough manner and the process is not causing unnecessary bureaucracy, overhead costs and operational bottlenecks
