Job Description

  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Handling all activities related to utilities and rent payments issues.
  • Manage all daily activities related to the department.
  • Potential administration/operation of the front desk along with any related activities within that role.
  • Maintain professional filing and archiving system.
  • Receiving all telephone calls responding to the inquiry or transferring it to the relevant member of staff.
  • Receiving all reply to slips from parents and subsequently directing them to the appropriate members of staff.
  • Collecting all monies relating to extra-curricular activities.
  • Distributing previously mentioned monies to relevant bodies.
  • Receiving post and distributing it to the relevant persons.
  • Facilitating all sales including Secondhand Uniform
  • Maintaining the reception area in a manner to receive parents or other visitors to the school.
  • Maintaining a “Letters to Parents” file to respond to enquiries from parents.
  • Accepting all misplaced property and ensure it is returned to the appropriate child or place in the Lost Property Store.
  • Provide the direct manager with periodical reports.
  • Administrative support for the school’s administrative leadership, including on-going or short-term administrative projects.
  • Receiving all telephone calls responding to the inquiry or transferring it to the relevant member of staff.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good Negotiation Skills.
  • Dynamic, Hard worker.
  • Detailed-oriented and Organized person.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable
  • Previous experience in a customer support role / preferably in schools
  • A people person with a warm and friendly nature, unflappable under pressure.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • female is preferred.
