  • خبرة مؤكدة (3+ سنوات) في مراقبة الجودة أو دور مشابه في صناعة الضيافة.
  • معرفة قوية بمنهجيات وأدوات وأفضل ممارسات مراقبة الجودة.
  • اهتمام شديد بالتفاصيل والقدرة على تحليل البيانات وتحديد الاتجاهات.
  • مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية قوية للتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج وأنظمة إدارة الجودة.
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ خدمة الضيوف وقياس رضا العملاء.

Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring products, and services to ensure compliance with established quality standards. This role plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of the establishment by delivering exceptional quality experiences to guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control Processes:

1-Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes and procedures to ensure adherence to established quality standards throughout the hospitality establishment.

2-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicators.

3-Continuously review and enhance quality control processes based on industry trends and best practices.

Product and Service Inspections:

1-Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of products, services, and operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and guest expectations.

2-Monitor and evaluate the quality of guest rooms, amenities, food and beverage offerings, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

3-Identify deviations from quality standards and provide detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

4- Be part of new product/item approval team before adding it into Lemon Spaces operations.

Compliance Monitoring:

1-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.

2-Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance across various departments, including food safety, sanitation, housekeeping, and operational procedures.

3-Collaborate with department heads and employees to address non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data, including guest feedback, inspections, audits, and performance metrics.

Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.

Prepare regular reports on quality control performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Supplier and Vendor Management:

1-Evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

2-Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish quality requirements for suppliers and conduct regular quality assessments.

3-Address quality-related issues with suppliers and vendors promptly to maintain quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in quality control or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and systems.
  • Solid understanding of guest service principles and customer satisfaction measurement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
