Blue Sky Travel Group is Hiring Aviation Travel Consultants (Morning Shift and Night Shift)
Responsibilities
-Provide customers through phone or e-mail with all information inquired by them.
-Reserve tickets and align with time limits policies.
-Receive and handle customers’ complaints and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Minimum 4 years of experience in ticketing issuance, reissue and refund.
-Full familiarization with Amadeus system.
-Good in English Language Level (writing –understanding).
Working Conditions
For Morning Shift:
-Location is at Down Town – near to Tahrir Square, Cairo- Egypt and at Mohandessin.
-Working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
-Two Off Days Friday and Saturday.
For Night Shift:
-Location is at Mahmoud Bassioni Office – near to Tahrir Square, Cairo- Egypt.
-Working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
-Two Off Days (Rotations) per week.
