Are you a fluent English speaker with a passion for making meaningful connections? At LTS, we’re on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals like you to join us as Call Center Agents. In this role, you’ll embark on a journey of conducting outbound phone calls to recent hotel guests, conducting quick 1-2 minute surveys, and seamlessly transferring clients to our US call center upon survey completion. *Skills Required:*
– Fluent English proficiency
– Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship skills
– Excellent listening and verbal communication abilities
– Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure environment
*What We Offer:*
– Competitive salary and commission structure
– Basic salary: 7.3K + 2K KPIs
– Commission: 2.7K up to 12K based on achievement
– Minimum achievement: 11 successful transfers per day, 250 transfers/month required.

– Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays/month (Paid)
– Shifts available: 4 pm – 1 am, 5 pm – 2 am, 6 pm – 3 am, 7 pm – 4 am, 8 pm – 5 am, 9 pm – 6 am
