المتطلبات الرئيسية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الميكاترونيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دعم العملاء التقني وإدارة المشاريع للآلات الصناعية، ويفضل آلات التعبئة والتغليف.
- مهارات المبيعات التقنية والتجارية.
- مهارات لفظية وكتابية ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل والعرض.
- مهارات جيدة في استخدام الكمبيوتر وإجادتها في MS Office.
- الاستعداد للسفر محليًا ودوليًا إذا لزم الأمر.
- عامل جاد ومتحمس للعمل.
- ديناميكي وذو حس عالي بالمسؤولية.

Job Description
Brief
- Customer Support & Project Engineer of Packaging & Processing Machines.
- Markets: Dairy, Food, Beverage, Home Care, Personal Care, Lube Oil, Chemicals.
Key Duties
- Regular visits & calls to existing customers to investigate & follow-up on their after-sales service requirements & needs.
- Present, promote, and sell the recommended after-sales solutions such as audits, spare parts, upgrades & modifications, preventive maintenance, and any other type of service interventions.
- Manage machines breakdowns & coordinate with the after-sales support team (assistants & service team) and the principals to ensure the fastest solution & corrective actions.
- Handle the project management of the new machines after contract signature & receipt of purchase order until the site acceptance test (SAT) and the project successful completion.
- Arrange handing-over meetings with the sales team for each new machine sold.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers & suppliers.
- Implement the company’s sales and marketing plans and strategies.
- Communicate & coordinate with the sales team about potential new machines projects.
- Manage orders and projects till successful accomplishment.
- Write professional emails, visit reports, and market reports in English.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Technical Customer Support & Project Management for Industrial Machinery, preferably Packaging machines.
- Technical & commercial Sales skills
- Excellent English and Arabic verbal and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ready to travel locally and abroad if needed.
