Job Title: Relationship Executive – Retail.
QNB Bank in Egypt
Job Summary:
– Serve as a primary point-of-contact for customers.
– Handle a portfolio of assigned customers.
– Responsible for maintaining the individualized relationship with the customers to meet their needs through offering the different bank’s products, services and packages in order to attain optimum customer satisfaction.
– Accomplish the assigned commercial targets with the purpose of boosting the bank’s profitability.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Retail Banking.
Skills:
– Customer oriented attitude Very good communication skills.
– Ability to take and transcribe instructions.
– Persuasive, ambitious and approachable.
– Very good negotiation.
– Sales skills.
– Good knowledge of computer and telephony environment.
– Fluency in Arabic and English written/spoken.
Working Conditions:
– Based at the branches network.
– Outside calls location.
– Based in the Head Office.
