Job Description
- Maintain up-to-date receivable system
- Carry out Receivables checks, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Perform account receviables reconciliations
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate age analysis
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
- Process credit card payments
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process adjustments
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
- Assist with month-end closing
- Collect data and prepare monthly collection metrics
- Organizes and maintains up to date financial records.
- Provides monthly financial and management reports.
- Assists in financial management and analysis, as requested.
- Organizes and maintains retention files for required period of time.

Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles .
- Hands-on experience with electronic invoices process .
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Good Experince Of Tax & Reconciation .
- Good in english
