Americana Restaurants is looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Associate-

:Responsibilities** 
– Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role-
– Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn, job boards and other social media-
– Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide- whether to accept the position.
– Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies
-Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support the Brand and growth plan –

:Requirements** 
– University Degree in Business Management, or equivalent –
– 3-5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the same industry –
– Operations/Restaurant Management experience is an advantage –
– Strong understand of Restaurants or Hospitality industry –
– Notable communications and negotiation skills-
– Fluent in English (Oral/Written)-
– Excellent in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Internet Research-
