Job Purpose

Maintain SMEs customers relationship and enhance their utilization to increase business profits from existing customers

Key Accountabilities

  • Acquire new customers to offer the banks products & services and maintaining the existing customers relationship management
  • Prepare the Packages renewals & Financial Analysis.
  • Raise the portfolio of ABKs products and services and deliver information to customers
  • Promote the banks product and services and regenerate business from current customers
  • Handle issue raised by clients as part of daily operations
  • Monitor of service levels and utilization of booked SMEs customers
  • Accounts management and profitability oriented

Education

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience

Experience

  • SMEs banking product and services, Network operations and procedures
  • Minimum of 3-5 years banking experience in relationship management or corporate credit management
  • Obtained Credit Course
