Smart verse looking for Training specialist
Location: Cairo, Heliopolis
Working H: 9 am to 5 pm
Days off : Friday and Saturday
Duties & Responsibilities :
Plan and implement training programs
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
Track employee success and progress
Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in L&D, FMCG experience is preferred
Experience in dealing with blue collar employees is a must
Training needs analysis experience is a must
L&D studies is preferred
Excellent English language
