For a big developer company located in Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo is now hiring the following positions:-
Technical office engineer(Arch)
Job Requirements:-
-Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), -correspondence…etc. to take into -consideration all the project details during execution.
-Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks
-Update shop drawings log before sending to have approvals from the assigned consultant Full coordination with other trades (arch , MEP,…etc
-quantity surveying for all items
-Prepare sub-contractors periodically , Qs ,invoices and compares it according to the project budget
-Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
-quantity surveying skill is plus
-Bachelor’s degree or Architecture Engineering
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
-Proficiency in autocad
-Experience 3-5 year

Job Requirements:-
-Prepare structural shop drawings all details For the current project and prepare cutting list
-Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.
-Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks
-Update shop drawings log before sending to have approvals from the assigned consultant

-Bachelor’s degree civil Engineering
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
-Have experience in ASD is must
-Proficiency in AutoCAD
-Experience 5-7 years
